Baked with Sweet Memories
On Paczki Day, also known as Fat Tuesday, we make Paczki fresh from raw ingredients to the fryer. There is a difference between Pączki and basic donuts. Pączki are made with a very rich, sweet yeast dough consisting of eggs, butter, sugar, and milk; sort of like a brioche donut, only better, if you can imagine! The traditional reason for making Pączki was to use up all of the lard, sugar, eggs and fruit in the house, because their consumption was forbidden by fasting Christian’s during the season of Lent. Pączki are similar to donuts, made by frying dough, filling them with a variety of fruit or custard fillings, and coating with powder sugar or icing. Paczki are richer and more dense than a typical donut. Pączki is plural, meaning two or more. The singular form of Pączki is Pączek; so it’s one Pączek and two or more Pączki. We encourage pre-orders either in the bakery or by phone. Our paczki come in apple, lemon, raspberry, and custard. This is an all-hands-on-deck kind of day for our bakery team. We love serving up more than 6,000 paczki each year and hope you and your family will join us in this Elliott’s tradition!
Fall Fun Treats
During the fall, we offer seasonal spiced pumpkin or apple fry cakes, Our pumpkin spice and apple donuts are available glazed or with a cinnamon sugar coating. Our fall seasonal line-up further includes pumpkin or zucchini bread, and pumpkin rolls. Our super soft pumpkin spice cookies pair perfectly with our seasonal pumpkin spice latte, pumpkin spice chai tea latte, apple cider, or chaider. Dunk, dream, and delight your senses. Pumpkin is one of our favorite flavors to be creative with.
We change out our iced sugar cookie decorations by the season and holiday, so you’re sure to find our bakery stocked with fall-themed iced cookies and royal iced cookies. We also love to make custom order royal iced cookies for your special event.

Spring into Joyous Flavors
With Easter around the corner in the spring, our bakers create chick and bunny cookies, egg shaped cookies, and traditional sugar cookies decorated with royal iced spring flowers and bouquets. For Easter we bring out our custom Elliott’s Bunny Bread, as well as egg bread, blessing bread, and custom Easter cakes.

Call Elliott’s for all of your summer celebrations – from Mother’s Day cookies and cakes to Father’s Day pies, 4th of July French Macarons, and graduation party cakes, pies, brownies, cookies, and donuts, we love being a part of your family celebrations.
Holiday Treats
Several of our cookie offerings are only offered seasonally around Christmastime, including our Pfeffernüsse, springerlies, date ball cookies, and walnut kieflies. We also decorate seasonal cutout cookies, royal Icing snowmen and snowflake cookies, and our adorable melting snowmen. Similar to Easter, we also make a Santa shaped bread to share with friends and family at Christmas dinner.
We offer customized gift baskets and dessert platters for all occasions and events. We will deliver them locally.
